What is Wine in the Dark Woods?
At the darkest time of the year, the forest and fine wines are enhanced with the striking power of fire and light. This special event of the dark season is held on only a handful of autumn evenings each year!
Our guide will lead you through the play of shadows and light in the dark forest into a glowing hall built among the trees. There, under the guidance of our wilderness sommeliers, we explore how the flavours of the Finnish forest meet fascinating European quality wines. In case of rain, we will make sure that you stay warm and dry.
With our expert guides, we begin with a short walk during which we tune into the forest and nature through all of our senses. After that, we step into the forest’s dining room — our wine bar set up among the trees.
This approximately two-and-a-half-hour experience includes five carefully selected, high-quality red wines, each connected to nature in its own way.

Who is Wine in the Woods for?
The Wine in the Woods tasting is suitable for everyone aged 18 or over who is interested in wine, nature, or both. The experience also makes an excellent Christmas gift for a partner or a special friend.

Instructions for using the gift card
After the payment has been completed, you will receive the gift card code by email. You can write the gift card code for one of our pre-designed templates or craft something by yourself!
You could, for example:
make a little cow out of pine cones and attach the code to a small cardboard tag around its neck.
Carve the code into a bark boat.
Buy or make a nature-themed card and write the code inside.
